Tour Price and Payment

The price for each tour is clearly quoted in Canadian dollars on the web page containing each specific tour description.

Prices are generally quoted per person, based on double occupancy, unless otherwise specified in the tour description. Prices do not include international or domestic air fare. Single occupancy accommodation is generally available for a maximum of an additional CAN$100/night. We will do our best to keep this amount to a minimum wherever possible.

A CAN$500 deposit (or 25%, whichever is more) is required at the time of booking. The balance of the payment for your trip is due 60 days prior to your departure date. If your reservation is made within 60 days of departure, the entire price of the trip must be paid at the time of confirmation.

Quoted tour prices include

Planning, accommodation, meals, transportation, and site and activity admissions as specified in each individual tour description.

Not included in quoted tour prices

Prices of obtaining passports or visas; personal expenses such as beverages (except those provided with included meals), laundry, and room service; communication charges; airport departure taxes; meals not included in the itinerary; optional activities; and personal insurance coverage. Baggage is at the owner's risk throughout the tour.


Cancellations received by Home on the Range Adventure Tours Ltd. 60 days or more prior to departure will be subject to a CAN$100 per person/per tour fee. Cancellations received less than 60 days prior to departure will be subject to the following forfeit of tour fees, with the exception of cattle drives: 59-45 days, 10% of tour price; 44-30 days, 25% of tour price; 29-15 days, 50% of tour price; within 14 days, 100% of tour price. Cattle drive reservations require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking, with the non-refundable balance to be paid a minimum of 60 days in advance. Cattle drive bookings made less than 60 days in advance must provide a 100% non-refundable payment at the time of booking.

Claims & Refunds

Except for verifiable extenuating circumstances, refunds are not made for any missed tour services. For verifiable claims to be considered, they must be received in writing within 30 days of the termination of the tour. Any adjustment considered will be based on the actual price of the services involved and not on a per diem basis. Adjustments will not be made for unused sightseeing trips or meals. Home on the Range Adventure Tours Ltd. will not accept any liability for any claims that are not received within 30 days of the termination of your tour.

Method of Payment

Payment may be forwarded (in Canadian Dollars) by draft or money order, payable to Home On The Range Adventure Tours Ltd., or by Visa or MasterCard. If paying by credit card, please add 2.5% to the final invoice amount.

Payment of the program price constitutes your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions set out herein.
